A versatile old-world blend featuring garlic and rosemary. Makes a creamy dip, an elegant hors d’oeuvre cheeseball, a zesty oil and vinegar salad dressing, or a tenderizing marinade for chops.
For dip:
- Stir mix into 1 pint sour cream.
For cheeseball
- Blend package ingredients into 8-ounces softened cream cheese, 2 Tablespoons sour cream, and 8-ounces shredded cheese. Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and chill. Serve with crackers.
To make a Vegan Dip:
- Blend package ingredients with 16 ounces of Toffuti Sour Supreme. Chill for 12 hours. Serve with crackers, chips and vegetables.
Marinade:
- Stir mix into 1/2 cup red wine vinegar. Chop 1 onion and add. Pour over steak or chops. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Cook meat as desired.
