- Scoop 1.5 teaspoons into an infuser or tea bag
- Bring 12oz of water to a boil
- Black & Herbal: steep at 208-212Ā°F
- Green: let water cool to 160-180Ā°F before steeping to avoid bitterness
- Black: steep for 3-5 minutes
- Herbal: steep for 5-10 minutes
- Green: steep for 1-3 minutes
